As VP of Product at Lola.com, Rachel Neasham drives the product strategy and execution for the company. She works closely with the CEO, CTO and executive team to set and communicate the product vision. In addition, Rachel leads a strong team of product and project managers who excel at identifying problems and opportunities, validating ideas and working cross-functionally to bring new products, features and enhancements to life.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2009 where she also was captain of the women’s army lacrosse team. After five years in the Army, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, she joined Lola in 2015. Rachel was drawn to the challenges of a startup and wanted to be part of a team that inspired her to be her best while assisting in the creation of a product and company that aimed to improve people’s lives.
In addition to her work at Lola.com, Rachel co-founded a social group for women military veterans called Pecan Grove in 2017. She and her co-founder, Courtney Miller, were motivated to start Pecan Grove after learning that only 6.4% of Fortune 500 companies in 2017 had female CEOs, and out of these women, none are military veterans. Pecan Grove is on a mission to increase the representation of women military veterans at the leadership level in Fortune 500 companies.
