As a product manager, you’re responsible for delivering products and features that both delight customers and move the company closer to its top-line metrics. However, how do you know whether the individual features you ship each sprint or each quarter are successful? Attendees learn how to thrive in uncertain conditions, measure work by results and not time, and why unique paths to product management can benefit companies.

Neasham graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2009 where she also was captain of the women’s army lacrosse team. After five years in the Army, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, she joined in 2015. She was drawn to the challenges of a startup and wanted to be part of a team that inspired her to be her best while assisting in the creation of a product and company that aimed to improve people’s lives. She is a Co-Lead volunteer for the Boston Chapter of Women in Product.

Product School provides courses via on-site campuses and live online. Both are taught by real-world product managers who work at top technology companies such as Google, Facebook, PayPal, Airbnb, LinkedIn and Netflix. For more information, visit:
