At HubSpot, Bueker manages the company's finances, and is also the co-executive sponsor of the Women@HubSpot employee resource group. Previously, she spent 11 years in finance and business development leadership roles at Akamai Technologies, and most recently, served as Senior Vice President of Business Finance and Operations. During her tenure, Bueker was instrumental in building out the finance business support capabilities and function at Akamai.

She also spent nearly 10 years in investment banking at The Blackstone Group, UBS, Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Bueker received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Cornell University and her master’s degree in business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Volpe, who is well-known in the SaaS and Boston tech community as part of the founding team of HubSpot, joined as CEO last year. Recently, he rallied big name guests for the launch of his new Agile Operations Podcast, where he released six episodes in Netflix-style binge fashion.
