Lola.com Named Finalist in Best Places to Work by Business Intelligence Group
Best Places to Work award program honors companies that help employees accelerate their careers, knowledge, and performance
BOSTON – Feb. 20, 2020 – Lola.com, the Agile Travel Management™ company that provides a super simple way to book, manage, report, and save on business travel, has been named a finalist in the 2020 Best Places to Work award program by Business Intelligence Group. The organization seeks to identify companies that are actively working to improve their own performance through efforts to challenge employees in environments that make work fun and engaging.
“Congratulations to Lola.com for building an organization focused on employee engagement and performance,” said Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of Business Intelligence Group. “It was clear from analyzing the employee survey data that this is a great place to work and employee feedback is not only listened to, but acted upon. Congratulations to the entire team.”
The Business Intelligence Group honors companies that help their employees accelerate their careers, knowledge, and performance. Nominations were first submitted for the Best Places to Work award and then employees of the nominated organizations were asked to complete an online survey to rate their overall satisfaction and company performance.
“In building a company, there is a lot to juggle – customers, investors, product, brand, growth and more,” said Emma Brudner, Director of People Operations. “However, our focus is always our employees first and foremost. We know that without a fulfilled and supported workforce, there’s no way to make a transformative product that delights customers. We are proud of our ‘Wicked Loving’ culture and are thrilled to be recognized for it.”
Lola adds this award to many others, including Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation, one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2019, one of 10 Inno Blazers among BostInno’s 50 on Fire, Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe, and Boston Business Journal’s 2019 Best Places to Work, among others.
