Lola.com Earns Best Leadership Award From Comparably

Lola.com recognized by Comparably for most effective combination of executives and senior managers as rated by employees

BOSTON – June 26, 2019 Lola.com, the Agile Travel Management™ company that provides a super simple way to manage, book, and report on business travel, is the winner of a Best Leadership Award from Comparably, one of the fastest growing compensation, culture, and career monitoring sites in the U.S. Comparably Awards are derived from ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com between June 7, 2018 through June 7, 2019.

“The Best Leadership Teams is a list of companies that have the most effective combination of executives and senior managers in business, as rated on by employees,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “These leaders collectively inspire their teams to do their best work, while creating a positive environment that delivers results.”

Comparably’s mission is to make workplaces transparent and rewarding for both employees and employers, revealing company cultures and market compensation as contributed by real employees and showcasing the most fair and accurate display of employer brands.

The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies on Comparably.com. The answer to each question was given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size across the U.S.

Lola.com is quickly becoming well known for its “Wicked Loving” work culture. Last week, the company was named a finalist in the Coolest Companies competition by BostInno for its great employee benefits and perks, a rad internal culture, and an amazing product. In April, Lola.com was named one of Boston Business Journal’s 2019 Best Places to Work, recognizing companies that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment. Lola.com was also recently one of the Elite 8 companies in BostInno’s Tech Madness competition, recognizing the hottest companies in Boston tech.
