Volpe and Capracotta provide the five most important tactics for building a travel and expense (T&E) program that you and your employees will love. The session, moderated by Jess Bozzo, Content Manager at Argyle Executive Forum, is hosted by Proformative.

WHAT: Live Webinar, “5 Tactics for an Agile Travel & Expense Program,” Presented by Guest Speakers, Mike Volpe and Christina Capracotta

WHEN: Tuesday, November 6, 2018, 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST

T&E spending accounts for roughly 12 percent of an organization's overall budget, making it the second largest indirect expense after payroll. But unlike payroll, T&E is easier to control and to dial up or down as needed. And unlike other expenses such as raw materials, there are ways to cut T&E costs that don’t hurt revenue generation. Capracotta and Volpe discuss how to use real time reporting to get instant visibility into employee travel spend and control over your budget as well as how to easily implement a travel policy that incorporates real time data and AI to set realistic spend limits for travelers. They also share how to keep travelers happy with one-click expense integration and employee-friendly guidelines.

Volpe is responsible for the definition and execution of Lola.com’s strategy, including customer service, marketing, sales and operations. Previously, he was CMO at Cybereason, a cybersecurity SaaS company, where he helped increase the pipeline by 650 percent in a single year and grow revenue by five times during his tenure. He was also part of the founding team at HubSpot, where he spent eight years growing the company from five to over 1,000 employees, $175M in revenue, and a successful IPO. Volpe is a member of the board of directors for Validity, and as an advisor or investor in more than 30 startups.

Capracotta has over 12 years of financial and operational management expertise in the Boston technology market. Throughout her career, she has been a key member of the successful HubSpot IPO, four M&A transactions, and multiple rounds of VC funding.
