The Best News I've Heard All Year

Lola.com is the #1 travel management platform on G2 Crowd and has the highest customer satisfaction score on the market — but we’re not stopping there.

So far, 2019 has been a very good year for Lola.com. We made it to the Elite 8 in BostInno’s Tech Madness competition; raised $37 million to transform corporate travel; and added some amazing engineering and go-to-market leaders to our team.

But I can assure you that one milestone makes me happier than all the rest: Lola.com is ranked the #1 travel management platform by G2 Crowd in 6 key categories:

  • #1 for ease of use
  • #1 for quality of support
  • #1 for ease of setup
  • #1 for product direction
  • #1 for ease of doing business
  • #1 for ease of admin

Now, I love that Lola.com is getting this kind of recognition, but what makes is especially sweet for me is that these accolades aren’t coming from “industry experts” or the result of some pay-to-play award submission. This is coming directly from our customers.

We work incredibly hard at Lola.com to make sure our product is providing the best experience for our customers, and recognition like this shows us that this obsessive commitment to customer happiness is paying off.

Highest customer satisfaction rating

Being #1 in all of those categories is great, but it’s the sum of those parts that really feels special. In addition to being #1 in each of those individual categories, Lola.com has the highest customer satisfaction rating overall for any travel management platform, with 4.8 stars out of 5.

Again, we’re always excited to be included on an industry list of excellent business travel management tools, and we love being on the short list of startups to watch, but delighting our customers, and doing so more than anyone else in the market, is a special, special honor. When we hear stories from our customers (like from Becky Garber, the EA at Drift), we realize that we’re on the right track: helping companies grow more efficiently by saving time, money and headaches on corporate travel.


The work to be done

But nabbing the top spot on G2 Crowd’s list of travel management platforms is not the end of this road. In fact it’s the beginning. We know that we can’t stand still, and that retaining our position means constantly improving, adding to our product, and, of course, listening deeply to our customers.

We couldn’t be more happy with the love we’re hearing from our customers, but if anything, it just makes us want to work harder to delight them all over again.

After all, even a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 isn’t good enough.
